Shipping Policy
At Bellamy Vineyards, we take great care to ensure that your wine arrives in perfect condition. Each order is handled with the attention to detail and respect that our wines deserve.
Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of extreme temperatures, we may delay shipping to protect wine quality. You will be notified of any such delays.
Shipping Methods
We offer ground and expedited shipping options via trusted carriers. All wine shipments require the signature of an adult 21 years or older upon delivery—no exceptions.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations, we are only able to ship to select states. If your state is not listed at checkout, we regret that we cannot fulfill your order at this time. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Temperature-Sensitive Shipping
To preserve the integrity of our wines, we offer temperature-controlled shipping and may hold orders during heatwaves or freezing conditions. If immediate shipment is requested during extreme weather, Bellamy Vineyards is not responsible for heat or cold-related damage.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of wine, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
